Prof. Antonio de Padua Mansur Graduated in Medicine, at Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo (1980). Ph.D. in Clinical Emergency Department at Hospital of Clinics, University of São Paulo Medical School (1999) and Professor at the Heart Institute (InCor ), University of São Paulo Medical School (2001). Assistant physician and researcher at Chronic Coronary Disease Unit at InCor (since 1984). Director of Emergency Unit at InCor (2002-2007). He is currently Associate Professor at the Heart Institute (InCor), University of São Paulo Medical School. He has experience in Medicine with emphasis on Cardiology, acting on the following subjects: chronic coronary disease, acute coronary syndrome, emergency, epidemiology of cardiovascular disease and cardiovascular disease in women. He was investigator of many multicenter international clinical studies of phase III and IV of drug efficacy and safety. He has several scientific articles in international journals, and studies presented at conferences. He teaches classes for graduate and post-graduation students from University of São Paulo Medical School.
