I am a biostatistician in the Biomedical Informatics Research Center (BIRC)at Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation (MCRF) Wisconsin, USA. Currently, I am collaborating with researchers and clinicians in multiple specialties to develop and implement statistical methods for a variety of projects. My primary interests are statistical genetics, Next-gen sequencing (NGS) data analysis of genome/whole genome sequencing data and RNA-seq data, genome-wide association study (GWAS) analysis, health/clinical informatics, dental informatics, traditional clinical research and bioinformatics. As a biostatistician, I will ensure proper analytical approaches are applied and interact with both PIs and the research team to establish ideal study designs, project sample sizes and accomplish study goals. I enjoy that the work is challenging, interesting and allows me to use my statistical knowledge to solve varieties of problems in both clinical and research topics.
